I'm fairly impressed with our peedie Orkney...
I managed to get all the books I wanted for my essay.
:) Also renewed my card… Not been in years sadly.
I’m such a hoarder of second hand books that I have a large collection that I’m yet to read. Maybe in future I should set up my own library… I’m going to need somewhere for all these books.

Just made a tasty soup. :) Vegan too.
1. Fry half an onion and half a pepper, a chilli, 2 cloves of garlic and a 2x3cm ginger (all diced), until onion is translucent.
2. Add 1 tin of coconut milk and boiled water, 1 chopped carrot, 1 cup of frozen sweetcorn and a veggie stock cube.
3. Toast some cashews in the oven.
4. Add noodles (as much as you want) and 3 spring onions.
